BUG - Trade Site errors when trying to send whisper

I use PSN for the beta, which possibly is the disconnect since there was a recent network outage. Everytime I click whisper is shows this error message that I'm not in-game when attempting a trade (see image). Not sure if this is Sony or if it's because of the new patch. It's worth noting that I've just now noticed it specifies the platform on the trade filter. Not sure that was always there or it just switched the filter randomly which caused me to notice it finally.
