Hand of Chayula bug

If you have Event Horizon allocated, the skill won't hit enemies unless you're very close to the target, like within 1-2 meters. I noticed this after I took the Spaghettification cluster. Once I respecced this cluster and used an amulet that anoints Spaghettification, it started working properly.

Edit: Never mind, it's still happening. Not sure now what could be the cause.
