Trial of Sekhemas Bug – Unable to Enter Location

I am experiencing an issue with the Trial of Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2. My character is unable to enter the trial location while on the caravan. I have tried creating a new character, but the problem persists – I still cannot access the trial. Restarting the game and reconnecting did not solve the issue.

" With a new character, this should not be a problem. In the 2nd normal act, in the Traitor's passage location, you need to kill Balbala and get the quest item Balbala's barya. After talking to the NPC on the caravan, the location Trial of the Sekhemas will open. |
