Hard Crash Issue Still Continues on Windows 10. It is not a Windows 11 24H2 Issue

Dear GGG support,
It has come to my attention that you have removed the hard crash issue from the Known Issues. Unfortunately, the hard crashes are still happening. Because they were not a Windows 11 24H2 issue. You can check the last messages from the two main hard crash threads with over 9000 posts to see that the crashes are not fixed. Could you please inform the developer team that the hard crashes are still happening? I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1. What to do: 1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad. 2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review. 3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there.
