Loot falling through the map! Loosing the stuff I've grinder so hard for!

So after the psn dibocal of 25 my loot is falling thought the map. This is very disappointing when I see something so important to only have it dissappear while trying to kill the other enemy's to safely loot the area. (Only a matter of seconds) Hopefully this is something GGG can resolve quickly.
