Cant open Sekhem anymore.

Hello developers!I have encountered a very serious bug.The thing is, I can't access Sekhem on one of my characters.When I killed a Ballabala for the first time in the second act, it went wrong and I didn't have time to find the quest passage.Thus, I started a story company and every time I enter the caravan, I am asked to enter the traitor's path, and when I teleport to the Traitor's Path, the quest asks me to return to the caravan and talk to Zarka.I don't understand what to do about it.If you can fix this somehow, please let me know.Character now in 5 act and i still cant open Sekhem
