Trail of sekhemas - clicking shrine kills run

so i was doing a trail of sekhemas run and when i clicked a normal shrine to restore honor it ended my run.
i think what happened was that i had different honor values on my weapon set 1 and 2. My weapon set 1 had low honor and when i blinked and swapped to my 2nd weapon set i was on 0 honor (but still not dead). as soon as i clicked the restore honor shrine it ended the run, i am assuming clicking the shrine prompted the server to check my current weapon set honor.
(i checked that none of my afflictions would have been triggered by the shrine)
