Bug/Crashing/Driver problem?

on day 1 of playing this game a friend and i tried to install and play the game.

He is running windows 11
Im Running windows 10

in the beginning both had huge problems with starting and running the game.

our graphic drivers were updated. no anti virus or firewall problems.

For him the problem was the game didn't recognize his graphic card and his game took 10 min to open and ran with 1 fps

We used many hours to fix it for him. now he is at 180 fps (capped) but crashes all the time. with each crash having a new error message.

First time we tried to change from Direct12 to any of the other options but it did not work. We tried to allocate more resources to the game. We tried steam launch options. Nothing works

As for me i did not have the graphic driver not being recognized issue. But instead i crash 2 times on each map making it unplayable. i also ran with 180 fps (capped) but now reduced it to fit my monitor (144).

The Trail of Shekhmet i Crash about 80% of the time i kill a floor boss and about every 2nd map. This makes it impossible to get the last ascension skill points after endless tries to get it i just end up crashing on killing last floor boss and after restart the trail have closed and no rewards given...

Same goes for the endgame maps. Game freezes then i hear mobs hitting me for 5 sec then i die and i get error message.

When playing with my friend only 1 of us randomly crash. Even if we stand still or afk for 1min while going to get a drink or something we come back and game just crashed out of no where.

kinda annoying i have to use as much time to log into the game as i do playing it.

Plz look into a fix
