Citadel Failed bug

I completed a citadel, got my loot and went back to hideout to dump it all. Couldn't access the map after it, so I went back into the citadel and there was one rare left alive, killed him, then left. Still couldn't access the map I wanted to, so I ran some other ones. When I hover over the citadel now, it says map failed.
