Constantly crashing

Game crashes during log in, teleportation from zone to zone, walking in a map, standing in a map, fighting-just constant random crashes.

I verify files and it says files are missing every time. Then I'll log in, load my char then 5 sec after I'm in hideout it'll crash even after verifying files.

Another issue I have is the game consistently crashes with proton hotfix, I need to use proton 8 or 7 to get the game to load.

My system is more then capable of running the game too with specs being
GPU: rx 7700xt (sapphire pulse)
CPU: ryzen 5 3600

I don't understand why because when I first installed the game it ran perfectly... then in January it started crashing occasionally. Now it crashes to the point where I can't even play at all. I've tried every possible fix I can find on google.
