Nvidia shader error now causing windows system errors

it was annoying before, freezing 20 times a day having to reset the game. but now its not only does it crash the game it causes my computer to use 100% cpu to try and close the game, never finishes closing and when i try to crtl+alt+del it causes windows error and crashes my whole computer.

what ever 'potential fix' yall did made it 10x worse. i crash even more often sometimes back to back crashing right after loading in from a previous freeze /crash

Game is unplayable due to shader crashes. It's legacy cosmetics I think for me at least.
