Screen artifacts in the right corner on DX12 and AMD GPU

Hello, is this a bug or i need to worry about it? Im using an ryzen 5700x3d, rx 6700 xt, with directx 12. I see this for first time, after restarting the game the visual artifacts disappeared, after that i changed to Vulkan and they didnt show again.
