Bugged instance

I went to trade with someone in Trial of Sekhemas Singapore realm. After that I can't get to my own servers Trial of Sekhemas location and the game won't let me create a new instance of that either. I tried relogging, restarting the game and going to town via portal and creating a new instance for Sekhemas there. This is completely absurd...
