Unable to access Trial of Sekhemas

I either sold or dropped my green quest coin you get from killing Balbala in Normal Act II and ever since then I have not been able to access the trial location. I have tried killing Balbala on fresh instances, on Cruel, dropping and picking up non-quest Djinn Baryas, nothing worked.
