Maps doesn't contain multiple breaches even though it says they should.

When I run maps boosted with the "#% to add an additional breach" from tablets in towers the information about the map (available when looking at the mini map in full screen) says that the map should contain additional breaches but there is only a single breach. I have checked every nook and cranny in the maps but it seems there is a bug somewhere.
