Render at Native Res for Console

Can y'all add an option to properly disable upscaling. Like the PC build has, on console.

The way console has it. No matter what you change it too. It will upscale to 4k. (Based on you own description) Defeating the purpose of trying to gain/maintain any performance.

This alone would be a tremendous QOL improvement. (Somehow getting better performance on a r3 4300/rx580 than on my SeriesX. @1440p)

this would probably help with the atrocious FPS drops that we get in juiced maps or the caravan town
