Unable to make payment to upgrade supporter pack

Had bought the starter pack before launch with no issues.
Tried recently but was rejected, couldn't make payment through Xsolla.

Contacted Xsolla suport was told that there are abnormal activity in my account and was banned.
Asked how do i get back my access and was told there are nothing they could do.

Anyone had the same issue?
How do i get back my access so i can upgrade my supporter pack?
Contacted GGG support but it's been 9days with no reply

I have same issue, cant upgrade or buy anything anymore, i'm getting payment failed every time i'm trying.
