Tokens not granting ascendancy points

I had 2 different Djinn tokens that stated they granted ascendancy points for the trial of sekhemas. I did the first one and ran the x number of trials and no points. So, after I completed everything and got nothing I tried again with the second token and ran through the 4-5 trials and again nothing. So now I can't get my last 2 points and don't know how to get more tokens to try to attempt it again.

What do you mean by "x number of trials" and "4-5 trials"?
You need the last 2 points (4th Ascendancy, 7-8 points)? Then you need to go through the 4 floors completely and kill the boss Zarokh using Djinn Barya with 4 trials lvl 75+. |
