Cannot progress in act 2

I cannot progress the game at all after killing the first boss in act 2, no other quest is available.

Hi! Go to the temp town by taking a portal or if you are already there there should be a metal ramp in the temp town that will let you on the caravan!

This should be improved to show a quest hint (on my first character I also didn't know what to do).
