Omen of Amelioration - not working sometimes??

Nothing more frustrating than spending all day at level 95 grinding out 3 lousy bars... with no less than 4 Omen of Amelioration in my inventory active and then die, not once but twice due to laggy map in group T15 run and find out that neither time the Omen worked.. back to 0!!!!

Depends, did you use any other omens while in this zone? If so:

I know how they work, been using them for 30 levels... they didn't trigger!

Some of us fellow players who try to provide help find it useful for things to be stated clearly.
Are you saying you do not use Omen of Resurgence or Omen of Refreshment? |
