Map not accessible.

I have a map location that, according to the Atlas, is connected directly to the last map I completed (Green on Atlas). However the Map Icon for the connected map did not turn blue and will not let me place a waystone. Other connected maps have turned blue.

This suggestes the completed map, which has 5 connections is limiting the map turning blue to at most 4 of the connected maps.

I have not really noticed a map with 5 connections previously.
