Solar Amulet Giving Negative Spirit and Negative + Level to Minion Skills

I recently purchased a Solar Amulet on POE2 trading and it takes away a bunch of spirit and minion skill levels when I put it on.

Here are some screenshots.



As shown my spirit is 476 with the stellar amulet that has +38 spirit on it.
Then when I put the solar amulet on this happens.




The Solar amulet has +61 spirit but my new spirit total is now 319, a whopping minus 157 spirit and a -3 to my minion skill levels to boot.

I tried re loggin in, it didn't work. This has to be a bug right?

Look at your main weapon: the background is red. It is deactivated, 'cause the requirements are now not met due to lost attributes.
