"Beyond Reality" atlas skill bugged?

Hello.

I noticed several times that the "Beyond Reality" atlas skill, which is supposed to have 30% to add +1 lvl to the map can also lower it??

Is it normal please?

In my screen shot, you can see a corrupted map boss with waystone T15, automatically irradiated with "Organised Forces", which should be 80, drop to level 79 when i'm inside.

Remarks: it seems to only happens when i have the "Beyond Reality" skill.
If i go to "Brutal Lessons" for 50% increased experience, no weird thing to notice.


GGG please either fix that or change the skill description.
