Loot despawning after boss fights.

On several boss fights in the campaign, I kill the boss but die to adds or aoe right after and upon reviving, all the loot is gone. This really sucks after spending so much time to kill a boss only to have no reward except campaign progression. Luckily the quest item is still there but all the loot I could clearly see on the ground disappears.
