7900xtx + 7800x3D. game is still unplayable

Pretty frustrating that this seems to be still major issue on the forums and its not even listed as a major problem. All these QOL changes to make things better for other players yet many do not have the ability to play at any capacity. I can literally play all new games at high res and no issues. Yet i log into PoE2 and get >20 FPS. After months of silence just curios if theres ever going to be a fix or just GGG says forget those small amount of players since we already got the preorder money.
