Logged in and got a ban warning??????

So I just came back from a month long break and wanted to play POE2 again. To my surprise when I log in i get a message saying my account has been flagged for cheating and its my first and only warning.
I purchased the liberator of wraeclast supporter pack and im not stupid enough to cheat in game ive invested that much money into. Im curious if anyone else under the same circumstances has gotten this message as well. -Gaming laptop -windows OS -NO widescreen apps/software -I use ExpressVPN when i play because my internet is way smoother when using it -I use Neversinks loot filter -I used Exiled exchange (which i just uninstalled just in case thats considered cheating) I sent a ticket to support but I dont have much faith in a response because i sent multiple tickets before over not receiving all of my physical goods for the supporter pack purchase and never heard a reply......... Yeah I get it most people that complain/question cheating bans or warning are actually cheating. I don't blame you
I don't know what else to say other than I am playing legit. Not to mention I have read that other people have recently received a lot of these warnings as well. I'm here asking for advice or other experiences because I want to prevent an unjust ban on my account that I spent over $480 on. I'm looking for a solution to a problem. I've contacted support but from my previous experience of never receiving any answers I am not confident I will hear from them this time. It would be nice to just get a response like this is why you got the message do this or that to fix it. I uninstalled exiled exchange and am no longer using a VPN. Hopefully Support responds in a timely manner |

I got a response from support. "I would advise against using any programs that interact with the game client to provide an advantage over other players, as this may result in your account being permanently banned. I'm afraid, due to the dynamics of our policies, we're unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future. If you're unsure if a tool falls within these guidelines, we'd suggest refraining from using such a tool. Anything that modifies game files may result in access to the game being restricted indefinitely. Please also be aware that any macros you use need to be manually controlled and only perform one action per use. It's bannable if it performs more than one action, or if it's on a timer (as this qualifies as "botting")." I don't use macros or bots. I uninstalled Exiled exchange even though my friends use it and never received such warnings. Im literally going to just wipe my hard drive re install windows and hopeuflly that fixes whatever is flagging my account to be banned |
