Standard League Necro Build question

I haven't logged into Standard in what seems like years. I was thinking of just playing it in a bit.

I know most builds being discussed will be Settle or Phraecia, where would I go to find standard league builds nowadays? Are there easy ways to search forums or maybe specific sites?

Not even sure what changes have rolled into Standard from previous leagues, so not sure what I am getting into yet :)

My Necro has no passives, no atlas points, and is level 86. No gear for some reason either, not sure about that part. But i think ill have some uniques from previous characters going to standard to cobble something together to get started, but I just need a build to follow.

check your stash tabs for equipment. keep in mind a lot has been retooled and some legacy items are extremely valuable as you cannot get their equivalent anymore [like enchantments]
also most of the 'settlers' builds are standard viable- if more expensive to implement.
