I was pretty excited to hop in and play the new patch, I chose to not delve too far into the patch notes as I wanted some things to be a surprise. I've played for all of like 30 minutes and frankly I'm done. I went back and looked through your patch notes. Listen, it's great you're making changes for end game...but players like me truly do not care about that right now if getting to end game is a boring slog. Low level warrior is still the blandest, most boring thing I've played in a modern game, period. When I logged in one of the first things I wanted to do was check to see what has been added for the other weapon types we have not been able to use yet...and only one has been added. 4 months and we still have all of these missing weapons. So I said "alright, maybe the existing abilities are better now", well that's not quite it either. Rolling Slam is still just awful. Earthquake is still just awful (why dear lord does it take so long for the eruptions to activate?). Sorry GGG but I simply do not care to get to end game until melee combat is no longer a janky mess. To all of you who are enjoying the patch, good for you and you keep on enjoying it! This is just my two cents as an always-melee player. I guess I'll stop back in for the next one.

Same issue

I just cannot find the fun in playing the early game, levelling etc.

AC Shadows is more fun that this.
