Infinite Loading into Zone

Having a current problem with infinite loading screens when entering the Chimeral Wetlands. Have been stuck for 3+ hours. I have logged onto other characters, redownloaded the game, and logged out.

Me too, stuck at loading screen Chimeral Wetlands in crual act 3 for 2 hours

I'm having this issue as well. My character is stuck at the loading screen for "Jungle Ruins". I have had the console shut down and played different characters for many hours. My character has been stuck for atleast 6 hours now.

@Update, my second character also got stuck at loading screen when entering "Jungle Ruins" for the first time after leaving town.

I was able to get around it by closing the app then loading into a different character exiting to character selection then back to the original character if anyone is looking for a potential fix. It does this in Cruel again as well.

The same for me, happened more often after today patch.

Out of 4 area changes it happened 3 times, infinite load screen - even after restart and once my PS5 just freeze and needed to restart the whole console entirely - it was so bad, no response and black screen after a few minutes.

It happened ACT3 if that matters - it happened in Jungle ruins and the zone right after it

Same here, I'm stuck on Trial of Chaos loading screen after a crash. I have some sound behind but nothing happen. I'm currently trying to reinstall the game, this my last hope!

Reinstalling the game fix it for me, I loosed my Trial but I can now load the game until the next crash...

If it can help, It happen to me an another time 1 hour ago with the exact same pattern : during trial of chaos in the area where you have to grab the soul core. Crash than infinite loading.

I had many crashes in this soul core area too but fortunately without infinite loading
