PLEASE HELP!!!

Yo, I and a friend of mine both ended up getting permanently stuck on an infinite loading screen when we entered the "Manor Ramparts" in cruel mode.

Tried reinstalling ❌

Tried restoring license ❌

Tried switching to another character and then switching back ❌

We both play on the PS5 if there's any way to fix this please let me know. 😭
