Constant DCs post patch, pleeeease help

I have FOMO with what everyone is saying is a bad patch but I would like to experience it on my own to see.

However, the last three sessions I have sat down to play the game, I get kicked out and then it just happens over and over and over. I thought it was just between zones but just now I got kicked out in The Grelwood (yes, I am barely progressing due to these effin DCs) and I wasn't trying to get into a different zone.

I have tried changing server locations but it just will autoclose without even loading the game at all.

Any ideas to help me out here?
