Question with Corrupted Nexus

I just started the game again after stopping for a month.

I see that there is a new update for Dawn of the Hunt.

My character now has a quest keep saying "Complete a Tier 15+ Corrupted Nexus".

I have done several nodes with T15 waystones. The quest is still not showing as completed.

What am I missing?
What is this "Corrupted Nexus"?

The same nonsense with 5+. Maybe they broke the counter numbers and we need to suffer more xDD

On the map, in the upper-left corner, there is a transcript of the icons on the map. You just have to wait for him to randomly appear as you study the map.

I'm not sure what you're talking about.

On the other hand, I have seen the photos online about what a corrupted nexus node looks like. I'm sure I don't have any of those nodes on my atlas.

Not sure how far I have to push on the map in order to see a node like that.

The same thing happened to me.

I failed a boss (Kabala) in a nexus map. I revived once and killed the boss but the nexus boss did not spawn.

I searched for another nexus, which had no boss. After killing all rares, the map completed but nexus boss did not spawn.

I am confused. How can i recover and proceed with the quest ?

I found a new nexus map with no boss and the nexus boss spawned his time.

One thing I did is i ran 1 tier higher than required this time, just in case xD

Don't know if this solves it for all situations.
