Shop purchase not delivered

I have just emailed your support regarding not receiving my purchase. This is ridiculous to be honest, not to mention illegal. If a person buys items or a service from you, the minute you take the money is when the person should receive what they bought. This game has soo many issues with its in game shop, made even worse if you buy items, coins etc from PlayStation store and not directly in the game. This has happened to me several times now. I love the game but seriously FIX the shop, or remove it. As mentioned in my email I demand an immediate full refund for the pack I purchased or give me what I just paid for.

I sent support an image of the purchased item add on.

Please do better, If you're going to provide a shop in your game it MUST work. Same if your going to provide packs in the PlayStation store these must work upon immediate purchase.
