Please give us the option to remove the red outline

Just curious why there isnt an option to remove the redline on monsters? I stopped playing poe1 because of it, ive stopped playing poe2 because of it. I would just like an option to remove it, people who want/like it can keep it on. I just want the option to turn it off.

I play on a 48" OLED HDR monitor on 5120x2880 and the game looks friggin amazing, then i hover over something and then log off. You made a beautiful looking world and all is lost when you hover over something.
