PoE 1 Shop Skins Cross Platform?

Hi all—
I play on PC and PS5. Much to the annoyance of me and my wallet, I know stash tabs and things bought inside a version of PoE 2’s shop won’t be accessible on the opposite platform (stash tabs remove only). My question is if I buy a PoE 1 skin that currently works in PoE 2, directly from the site, will it work on both platforms?
