Expedition Rerolls are Predetermined ?

is this common knowledge or what the hell is going on?
I went rerolling Rog, Tujen and Gwenned, spent 4 coins on each. Server DCed, I immediately logged back in, got all my coins back becasue of rollback .... so I loled and rerolled again Same reroll rewards, on each of them after spending coins Is this reshuffled predetermined pool of rewards or something? Yeah, this is the stuff that has led people to think there's god-tier seeds for streamers and such...that are just on the lucky side of rng all the time.
I dunno if I believe it, but yeah, I've experienced similar a couple times. |
