Suggestion: Change Rune Functionality into Crafting Bench

Here's my suggestion to change 39 (or more) runes into 3 different runes. Functionally it is very similar to the current functionality.

1. Change all rune drops into three drops: Lesser Rune, Rune, Greater Rune.

2. Add a crafting bench with recipes to add all the current bonuses runes give currently. An item can only be rune enchanted if it has at least one socket and the socket being modified is selected before the craft is chosen and applied.

3. The costs for each craft could be something similar to the following:
Current Rune Level and Rarity Cost on Rune Bench
Lesser Rune - Common 1 Lesser Rune
Lesser Rune - Uncommon 2 Lesser Runes
Lesser Rune - Rare 3 Lesser Runes
Rune - Common 1 Rune
Rune - Uncommon 2 Runes
Rune - Rare 3 Runes
Greater Rune - Common 1 Greater Rune
Greater Rune - Uncommon 2 Greater Runes
Greater Rune - Rare 3 Greater Runes
Greater Rune - Ultra-Rare 4 Greater Runes

4. All non-rune socketables (soul cores, etc) would keep the current functionality (or GGG could change them similarly but they are not meant to be problem-solvers like runes are so I'm indifferent to them junking up my inventory).

5. Recipes (or groups of recipes) would be unlocked at the same spots in the game where those runes start to drop now.

Benefits:
1. Runes are reduced to 3 main types and only take up 3 slots on the Currency tab.
2. The player can look at the bench and see exactly how they can modify/fix their gear and when that recipe unlocks.
3. Easier for players to search/trade for runes for fixing their gear.
4. Does not affect the trade value of other currencies.

Or they could just add a Rune sub-tab to the Currency tab.
