Bring us Scourge Arrow!

I'm just going to get straight to the point here. I would LOVE to be able to play Scourge Arrow (Or an ability like it) in PoE 2. Not the quick shooting that it ended up as in PoE 1, but the charge up and release sniper style. I feel like it fits a lot better in the slower style gameplay. That used to be my favorite build way back when it first came out and MAN do I miss it dearly. That's all I had to say anyways.. Thanks for reading!
