[quick question] Biting frost + Spell Echo + Unleash

Hey Guys,

I have a quick question and maybe someone knows the answer. If i have the support gem biting frost to consume freeze and spell echo, let's say on Comet. Do both comets get the 50% more bonus or only the first one?

If both, would unleash make all of them get the bonus?
