Stuck on loadingscreen - xbox

Hi,

My caracter is stuck on loadingscreen when I entered the trial of chaos with a friend. The same happend earlier this evening when I tried to teleport to a friend in ACT 1 to the manor.

The character is loaded because i hear all the game effects, but the screen is still loading.

Playing on xbox series X.

This issue is only appearing on the Dawn of the hunt. I tried loggin in to another character on the old ream and there was no problem.

Main issue is for all of us that we keep getting stuck in the trial of chaos. everyone with an xbox.
