Ritual - RItual splinters instead of boss fragment

It feels like boss fragments for ritual are way too rare...I think it would be much better if it was like breach and delirium and you got fragments and built up to a boss token instead of just getting lucky. imo you could use ritual splinters and instead of a ritual vessel you get a boss token.

I love ritual i actually started POE1 in the ritual league, I'm around 4-500 hours into playing POE2

Patch 1 i found the boss fragment once and this patch I'm yet to find one

surely 200 hours between boss fragments isn't fun i have every atlas point other then Arbiter because I cant find them but i actually have 0/8 Ritual points
