Hideout Music Player on Console

Hi,

does anyone know how you are able to access the hideout music player mtx on console with a controller?

Support doesn't know either and told me to ask here.
Pretty sure there isn't even an option but maybe i'm not able to find it?

Just checked on PC with a controller, but was unable to find it. I don't think the option to use it currently exists.

Think it is not cool to sell something on console, which doesn't even work. I mean its bound to my ps account now, so the money went just down the drain.

Support acknowledged this and refunded if anyone cares. Still think it should be removed from ps store until fixed.

I have done the same thing here no idea it doesn't work on console. I would like a refund.

For additional discussion, here on PC I have no idea how to access this with controller. I have to login with mouse and keyboard to get access/change music.

Also the big mana fountain/well is bugged and non interactive(in hideout) with on controller.

Confirmed just doesn’t work on controller Period. This is on PC have to logout to mouse keyboard to use it.

GGG add a hideout object that is interactable on controller that you add to your hideout.

Also you should indicate on purchases what is and is not usable on controller, or do the work before releasing the item for purchase.
