copper citadel bug

i just kill the boss of the copper citadel and then he kill me, now i cannot enter the arena to collect the fragment. :(

Same thing just happened.
I died and my dots killed the boss, now I can't get to boss or loot. I tried re-logging, going to hideout and back.. |
