Tool tip missing in passive tree

The tool tip using r3 to show anointing formulas and skill changes are not there. That whole thing is gone. It's very frustrating that stuff like this gets taken out on console but not pc and then it takes forever for it to get fixed, if ever. I feel like if ggg is going to release a gamer on consoles, they should have as much support as pc. It's bs we get screwed over all the time.
