Act1 vs Act2 loot

While doing act 1, I had found 5 exalts, made or found 3 regals, and found 2 alchs.

In act 2, I found 2 exalts, made or found 1 regal, and found no alchs, nor any jewelers.

In act 3 to start, found a jewelers orb.

I think this kind of drop rate needs some help.

I would figure I would find more regal mats in act 1, more exalts in act 2, and some basic jewelers as well.

I know there are some loot changes coming, but none of the details align with this data. Hopefully it changes for the better.
