Please let us bind ascendancy active skills to a weapon set

Title. Doing some chronomancer stuff and turns out you can not bind time freeze and any other of skills given by an ascendancy to be used with only one of the weapon swaps like you can with a skill from a gem. If the technology is there GGG please add the feature!
