Strongbox freezing

Wonder what the high level play combo I am expected to execute when I click on a strongbox and I get frozen completely for longer than any build has survivability to actually endure?
Is the answer really return to log out because that seems a bit out of band and nothing else I have used seems to work. Last bumped18 апр. 2025 г., 21:01:34

Ah alright, maybe they should add a tutorial at the beginning for newer players about return to logout being an expected tool in the toolbox.

The freeze on the strongboxes doesn't do anything. You'll be unfrozen before monsters even start spawning. Sometimes I wonder if I'm playing the same game as everyone else.

Just equip a freeze charm and it doesn't affect you at all anymore.

I think you can drops a wisdom scroll on it to ID it and you should see the freeze on opening mod. Same way you can vaal essense mobs before cracking them open.

That's a bug I had twice. If you don't log out you are even frozen after death and cannot move at checkpoint spawn. It does not seem related to the freeze modifier though, because the second time it was caused there wasn't this modifier on the strongbox.

The freeze on strongboxes in PoE 2 are doing nothing since when the monstera are spawning ur almost unfrozen.
Compare it with PoE1, if you're not freeze immune don't click on freeze strongboxes since all 3 packs are spawning instantly. |
