PS5 Infinite loading after changing jobs

I am a PS5 user.

After this patch, I changed my job from Infernalist to Lich.

An error occurred during the job change confirmation process, and when I reconnected, I could see that my character had changed to Lich.

When I select a character, it loads infinitely and I cannot connect.

Level 15 characters connect fine.

Please fix this issue quickly.

I stucked in trial of chaos

Just got the same problem, when I switched ascendancy, got kicked out of the game,(changed from Kitava to warbringer, trial of chaos) now I cannot pass the loading screen with this character, all the other works fine....looks like the character it's stuck in the trial....any solution??
