Forge missing

Hi,

I notice in my hiddeout that my forge is missing, even when i go to decorations/utility there is no forge to implement in my hiddeout meaning that i cant reforge any item that i have...

I need help in that matter

same problem, only salvage bench became accessible after redoing the Renly's quest for tools
