Skills disappearing

My skills began disappearing out of nowhere and I can't get them back even if I make a new skill gem, they sometimes appear on my skill bar but I can't use them even tho they are there. I have enough attributes to be able to use them as shown in the pictures below.

I have found that some gear removes entire skills from use. I am not talking about Spears that say "no ranged attacks" for example.

I mean gear that has no descriptor that indicates such should happen but it does. Try removing one item at at time to see of the skill returns.

Lately I've noticed skills unbinding themselves from mu skills bar. You just have to reselect the skill. I have had issues with minions simply stop working though, and that issue might be more widespread, affecting other skills. I think it's tied to weapon swap.

I Tried removing everything one by one, but no luck.

Yeah, I'm unsure what exactly caused it. One second I could use everything like normal then the next I couldn't use two of my skills and even if I make new versions of the same skill gem they just disappear from my skill bar and I can't add them back or simply can't be used even when they are on the skill bar.

What's odd about the minions when the skill gem itself stops working, is that it only stops working on a single weapon swapping. I've already submitted all this to the bug report section.

1) Reserved summons simply stop reviving. Usually going back to my hideout fixes this.

2) A minion gem permanently says I don't have enough Spirit regardless of how much Spirit I actually have. I'm able to designate an infinite number of summons, but nothing appears and no Spirit is reserved. This usually fixes itself over time.

There are two questions, first do you have weapon swap, second do you have enough stats to carry gems with supports that increase required stats?

Yes I weapon swap between a wand and sceptre and yes I have enough stats for everything including support gems.
